Allotment – by default the allotment option is set. If you want to change the allotment of this room, by clicking on the day you want, a popup will appear, there you should put the number of rooms you want to have available for sale and confirm this option by clicking on the green arrow.
If you want the number of rooms available for sale to be the same for the remaining days, simply select the blue arrow next to the number of rooms you entered and confirm with the green arrow.

On every day that you are viewing in the calendar, you have colors assigned to the state of the room.
Red – Room is in stop sale.
Yellow – Room with partial opening or closing. For example, a room that has capacity for 4 adults, may have the 3rd and 4th adults closed.
Green – Room is fully open for sale.
Derived – this option is available when you have the Master Rates solution active (if you do not have this option active and want to activate it, please contact our support team) and informs you that the rates for that room type are being derived.
