Parametrization Pre Check In Online

Pre Check-In is a functionality that allows you to send a form for the customer to fill in his identification data.

Configuration

In this area you have the possibility to configure the Pre Check-In.

Active – possibility to activate or deactivate this functionality.

Booking Engine – if you want the Pre Check-In Form to be sent to the reservations coming from your booking engine

Extranets – if you want the Pre Check-In Form to be sent to the reservations coming from the online channels you have contracted (extranets)

Hours Before Check-In – how many hours before you want the form to be sent to the customer to be filled in.

Email (from) – from which email will the form be sent to the customer.

BCC – if you want the e-mails sent to the customer to be sent as “BCC”, i.e. as a hidden copy, to another e-mail.
