e-GDS Yield Configuration

Revenue is one of the menus of e-GDS Backoffice. In it, you can find the Yield menu, which is subdivided into the configuration menu and the rules menu.

The configuration menu is where you define the initial settings, i.e., for which channels the rule will be taken into account, as well as the calculation formula.

In this menu you should apply:

Enable/Disable:

• – Enable, to enable Revenue
• Alerts, to receive change alerts

Form of Calculation:

Select the rule, whether it will be by percentage of property occupancy or by number of rooms

Configuration by channel

Select the channels that the system will take into account to apply the rules

Note: After everything is parameterized, if you want to change the calculation method, the rules previously created will be eliminated from the system.
