e-GDS Survey is divided into two major areas: the group area and the hotel area.

In the Group area, the client can create the base e-mails (templates) to be sent as well as the categories and their respective questions for the satisfaction survey. In the hotel area, you can parameterize when the e-mails will be sent and check the sending register, as well as analyze the answers to the satisfaction questionnaires and respond to guests.
