Dashboard Survey

e-GDS Survey is subdivided into the group area and the property area.

In the Survey Overview you will have access to the menus of the property area and in the Initial Settings Details you will see the menus of the group area.

The Dashboard provides to the user the most detailed statistics of the satisfaction questionnaires received.

You can check by question, what the guests evaluated and from that feedback, assess the strengths and areas for improvement. .

In this menu you can apply a different date range than the one shown in the upper right corner. After selecting the date range, the system will present you in several graphs, according to the questions created, the responses obtained.

This menu is then for data analysis that you can also export to Excel.
