The Info Menu is the one where you will load all the initial content that will be displayed in your booking engine.
In this menu you will find the submenus:
• Hotel – where you submit/edit all the information about the property.
• Accommodations – where you can submit/edit all the information about the room types.
• Booking Profiles – where you can submit/edit all information about booking policies.
• Products – where you can submit/edit product information. This submenu will only be visible when your booking engine is Dynamic Packaging or Easy Booking.
• Preferences – where you create the preferences to be associated with the unit or rooms.
• Facilities – where you create the features that do not already exist in the system, to be associated with the unit or rooms.
• Extras – where you create the features that do not yet exist in the system, to be associated with the unit or rooms.
• Themes – When you have hired the e-GDS CMS – Website solution in addition to the booking engine, this menu allows you to configure different areas for the presentation of promotions on the website.
• Clients – where the information of clients who book via the booking engine is recorded. You can, if you wish, create new customers so that this submenu displays all direct customers.
• Images – where you upload the images you want to associate with the Hotel, Rooms or promotions.
