Area where you can access to view details of a Client. To view the details, and for security reasons, you must login.

By accessing the area “Show Guest Details” you have all the information of the customer and the possibility to change some information.

First Name – First name of the guest.
Surname – Surname of the customer.
E-mail – E-mail that the client associated to his contact.
Country – Customer’s country of origin.
Number of Reservations – Number of reservations made by the client.
Exclusive Customer – If the Customer is part of the “Exclusive Customer” program.
Exclusive Customer – If the Customer is active or not. Despite being an exclusive customer he can be active or inactive. This change is made here.
Terms Accepted – Information whether the customer has accepted the terms.
Accepted Marketing Terms – Information whether the customer has accepted the marketing terms.
Terms and Conditions Accepted – Information whether the customer has accepted the terms and conditions.
Informed about the terms – Information whether the customer has been informed about the terms.
Notify about Terms and Conditions – Whether you can resend the terms and conditions to the customer.
Options – In this field you can edit the customer information or delete the customer.
