Manage your availability automatically in your e-GDS Channel Manager!
The Centralized Allotment menu allows automated management of your inventory as well as enables you to restrict the number of available rooms in your sales channels by limiting stop sales.

– Management of all channels simultaneously;
– View availability in a calendar;
– Registration of all operations in the Submission History.
Load Allotment
Through this menu you can load all your property’s availability and define how many rooms are sold online at a time. After the initial setup and upload, the system will manage availability automatically, according to the receipt of reservations and/or cancellations.
You can also define the type of availability upload: Massive update or by period: 7 days, 15 days or monthly.
To better read the upload status you can check the legend that indicates in red if there is an error updating the availability, in yellow if the availability was not sent, the total number of rooms in the hotel, the number of rooms available, the maximum number of rooms sent to the channels and the open and stop sales.
