Frontoffice is integrated with e-GDS Channel Manager so that all reservations that arrive through the sales channels, including the booking engine can integrate the Availability Planning.
However, and to facilitate the management of reservations by phone, email or walk in, it’s possible through the option New Reservation, to quickly create a new reservation and allocate to a room type.
It is possible to create a customer record immediately and in a few steps, check the prices that are being charged and also leave comments about the reservation.
With the integration to the system, your availability will be adjusted in real time and sent to all sales channels, reducing the risk of overbooking.
