Allotment – Term used to refer to the quantity of rooms that are available for sale.

Partial Display – The reservation is not being displayed in its entirety, if it’s a reservation for more than 15 days it will appear partially and not in its entirety.

Courtesy Hold – Possibility to consider reservations on request. When the property has no availability you can put the possibility of reservation on request. If they have any cancellations, they will indicate that they have reservations on hold.

Rate Plan – Term used for the creation of the sales conditions.

Rate Template – Term used to refer to rate tables.
