No-Show Configuration – in case a reservation is considered a No-Show in the system, you can give indications how you want that No-Show to be treated.
The system can act in 3 ways:
Reset Allotment– By choosing this possibility, the system will automatically reset the accommodation unit for sale.
Reset First Night – If the reservation is for more than one night, when you choose this option, the system will automatically reset the first night of the unit for sale.
Don’t Reset – When you choose this option, the system will not automatically reset the sales unit.
Pre-selected FrontOffice Guest Country– The country which by default will be associated with the customer’s reservation. Regardless of the choice you make here, you can always change the customer’s country of origin when filling out the data.
