New Reservations tab – all reservations for your property.
Here you will find all reservations that have been made for your property. Whether they are made through your booking engine, online channels or manually (walk-ins, by phone or by email).
Reservations are presented by the following filters:
e-GDS ID – reservation number assigned by your Channel Manager to all reservations coming into your property;
Extranet ID – reservation number of the channel through which the reservation was made;
Extranet – Channel through which the reservation was made;
Name – name of the customer who was placed in the reservation;
Reservation Status – state in which the reservation is.
The reservation can be in the following states:
Registered – A new reservation, always enters as registered;
Cancelled – When a Registered booking is cancelled;
Modified– When some modification is made to the reservation.
More filters:
Typology – type of room booked;
Arrival Date – Check-in day;
Departure Date – check-out day;
Options – area where the room is assigned to the reservation.
Already associated reservations tab
Reservations to which rooms have already been assigned. When rooms are assigned, the reservations move from the “New Reservation” tab to this tab.
No Hotel Tab
Reservations that are being checked in.
Check-Out Tab
Reservations that have already checked out.
Waiting Tab
Reservations that were made at a time when the Hotel had no availability, but may become available.
No Show Tab
Reservations that customers did not show up for and that were not cancelled by the customer in time.
All Tab
All reservations, past, future, in check-in, check-out, no show and Waiting.
At any time you can export the reservations or searches you make to Excel.
