Availability Submission

In the “Load Allotment” menu you have two options to send availability: Monthly, which allows you to modify the inventory day by day, and massively, which allows you to load for one or several periods.

To upload monthly or change the availability already uploaded, simply access this menu and select the filters in the upper right corner. Here you can select the search date and start day, to make the desired changes.

After changing the desired dates, simply select “Submit” and the change is made for all connected channels.

For the annual inventory upload or change of the same number of rooms for a certain period, in “Upload Allotment” you must select “Massive Update” and follow the steps requested by the system.

Remembering that availability corresponds to the number of rooms of the property and online availability corresponds to the number of rooms you want to sell online at the same time.
