The Survey Dashboard, in the group area, allows the overview of the satisfaction survey statistics.
The criteria available are related to the evaluation per hotel, of the global responses. The data can be evaluated as a group, in the case of hotel groups, or only at the individual level, when only one is in the platform.
The system also allows you to define a specific interval at which to view the data. This selection is made in the upper right corner.
