The Configuration menu is subdivided into 3 submenus: Schedulers, EmailTemplatesand Configuration.
The first submenu, Schedulers, is used to define the sending of automatic e-mails.
When the Survey is created, three schedulers are displayed by default:
Other schedulers can be created, according to the desired. All of them are initially inactive, so that it’s possible to make all the necessary changes before going online.
Whenever an active Scheduler is edited it becomes inactive, so it’s necessary to activate it later.
In the e-mail Templates submenu, in the case of hotel groups, some phrases, images or even additional information may be different from resort to resort. This menu allows the editing of some contents already created in the group area, since the base e-mail must always be created in the group area.
Finally, in the last submenu, Configuration allows changing some evaluation settings of the satisfaction questionnaire. For example, the guest when evaluating, in questions 1 to 5, can see stars or emojis, from red (very unsatisfied) to green (very satisfied).
